The registration greeter will check the IST registration record to see if all check-in criteria for the IST has been completed. The check-in process will vary per person depending on if all criteria are met in advance.

IST members must have completed the following prior to proceeding to registration HQ:

  • Proof of completion of Safe from Harm Training: All adults age 18 and older are required to complete Safe from Harm training before they will be admitted to the jamboree. You must print a certificate at the end of Safe from Harm training modules.  Be ready to show your certificate to expedite your registration process so you can receive your credential at the WSJ.

It is highly recommended that you complete the training before arriving at the jamboree.

It is strongly suggested that you complete Safe from Harm training prior to your arrival on site for the 24th World Scout Jamboree, as the training takes 2 or more hours to complete.  To complete your Safe from Harm training, go to:

If you have completed Safe from Harm, you will need to bring a copy of your certificate showing completion of the Safe from Harm course for the 24th World Scout Jamboree.

Any IST that have not completed the training will be required to complete it at the Ruby Welcome Center before being allowed to complete the check-in process.

  • Health History form completed.
  • All fees paid in full.
    • All outstanding fees are to be paid in full at the payment kiosk via credit or debit card only. Upon final payment of fees, the Registration IST person will initial/stamp the check-in sheet indicating clearance to proceed with check-in.
      • For all outstanding IST balances that arise due to NSO transfers rather than individual payments, the HOC or NSO Representative must be present to pay the fees in full at the time of check-in.
      • For all individual payments, any outstanding balance must be paid in full by the individual at the time of check-in.

Once all criteria are completed, IST will proceed to Registration HQ to pick up their WSJ credentials.
