Field Trip!
Charleston – Field trip! We had great time! My “buddy” Milica from Bosnia and I got an opportunity to go to the capital of West Virginia, and it was awesome. First we went to a museum of West Virginia history, and I liked it do much. There were a lot of things you can learn and a lot of paintings and artifacts to see. I really liked that part because I go to art school and looking at paintings makes me feel good. In the same building there was a library and a state archive – and we got to visit them. It was interesting looking at so many different book and 100 years old papers. There were so many daily newspapers – I have never seen that many in one place. After the museum we went to boy scouts of america center and ate pizza there. Also, from that point we had a boat ride. It was nice because you could see the whole city. Next stop was a place where salt is produced. Everything we saw was interesting but the best part was tasting something like caramel with salt on top – One of the first sweet and salty things I liked. It was a great day and we had lots of fun!
