Favorite scouting experience: Blair Atholl, this is the largest international camp in Scotland and was the first large international camp I had been to. For me it felt like the ultimate social experience, its where I’ve made most of my friends in scouting and I still speak to many of them today whether they live locally, nationally or internationally.
What are you most excited about for the 2019 World Scout Jamboree? I cant wait to meet new people, learn about new cultures and make amazing friendships and memories with my unit and the people we will meet along the way.
Why do you want to serve as a Global Ambassador? I really enjoy speaking about the lessons I’ve learnt, the funny stories and the memories I have made during my experiences. I hope to inspire Scottish scouts to come to future jamborees, show them the potential fun they can create with friends and to show them that all the commitment, hard work and fundraising is worth it. Just like I was inspired by seeing older scouts from my unit attend the WSJ, I hope to return and encourage new scouts to go to other international events and represent their country as well.

Why do you want to serve as a Global Ambassador? To be able to share my experience and the experience of others at the jamboree to people all across the world and hopefully encourage them to join the scouting movement.
