Anish Luitel presented the World Jamboree Flag that was taken to the Summit of Mt. Everest on May 14th, 2018 to Co-Chairs of the Jamboree Scott Sorrels and Mike Scott. The presentation was made at the World Point Stage on the opening day of the Jamboree. Anish did a wonderful presentation on his climbs of Mt. Everest. He is the only scout to have summitted Mt. Everest from both the North and the South side. His next adventure is to climb the seven summits which are the highest peaks in each continent ending once again on the top of Mt. Everest. He will do this to promote the UN’s sustainability goals and educate others on the importance of Leave no Trace.
