The office of the 24th World Scout Jamboree is excited to announce our website has been revised and is now live!  The site is available in English, French, and Spanish at http://www.2019wsj.org.

After navigating to the site, you will notice a play button to view the jamboree overview video and three choices along the jamboree path to explorer: Unlock Your World, Adventure Awaits, Chart Your Course

Each section has some exciting details about the 24th World Scout Jamboree for you to investigate.

Unlock Your World is an interactive way to learn about the 24th WSJ by viewing information about jamboree themes and exploring an interactive map that will host stories and information about National Scout Organization contingents as they commit to attend the 24th WSJ. You will also find an introduction to the young adult leadership team, known as the Dream Team, and an Adventure Map with information about the jamboree site, the Summit Bechtel Reserve.

Adventure Awaits will take you into further detail beginning with Why the 24th WSJ which will feature information on the jamboree site and host countries. An exploration of the Jamboree Experience includes more details on the adventure program at the 24th WSJ, traditional jamboree programs like the Global Development Village, and daily life while at the jamboree.  Finally, you can find the New World News, which is the official blog for the jamboree hosts featuring monthly updates.

Chart Your Course discusses the three ways to attend.  Participate as part of your National Scout Organization contingent as a youth, an adult leader, or as a member of the contingent management team. Serve as a member of the International Service Team and help run the jamboree experience. You can also visit the Jamboree as a Day Visitor.

The menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen is where you can find marketing resources and contact information for the host team and National Scout Organizations.

The launch of the new site is just the beginning.  Check back often, as we will add additional features and information as planning for the 24th World Scout Jamboree progresses.  Upcoming features include additional marketing resources with flyer, poster, and social media templates, the sustainability efforts at the Summit Bechtel, and a National Scout Organization resource page.

We hope you enjoy the new experience at www.2019wsj.org and look forward to your return to find the newest information about the 24th World Scout Jamboree, to be held from 22 July to 2 August, 2019 at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in Glen Jean, West Virginia, North America.
